Today I'm sharing my very FIRST roll of film scans! I know I have a long ways to go and need to practice to achieve the look I'm going for but I can't help but love the way my first roll of film turned out! It's amazing to get images straight out of the camera like this and not have to do any post-processing! It's a little addicting and I can't wait to practice more! Coming from the digital side of photography, it can be a little scary and intimidating the first time shooting film! But, oh my goodness, I'm in love and these pictures will always be special to me! It's the start of something new in my business adventure and I love to learn and grow as an artist!

My sweet friend Rachel, was kind enough to model for me while I played around with the Contax for the first time! I am so in love with Fine Art Film Photography and hope to begin incorporating it into my work! For now, I'm still learning and loving the adventure of it all and want to start sharing some weekly film work with you all on the blog!
